Your advertisement remains visible on the site as long as no tenant is found.
You undertake to grant the flat to any student appearing by way of this platform if the flat is still available on our site.
If you refuse the flat to such a student possessing all the required guarantees, we shall remove your advertisement from our site.
On no account do we manage the relationship with your future tenant; in the case of a dispute, you are the sole person responsible to manage the situation.
If your flat is not available any more, please inform us quickly so that we can announce it on the site.
